Exchanges or Replacements

All exchanges and replacementsΒ mustΒ be requested byΒ emailing contact@pwuffy.comΒ within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange/replacement, your original item must be unusedΒ and in the condition in which it was received. If you believe that you received a defective, damaged, orΒ incorrect item, pleaseΒ contact us for further evaluation. You can request a replacement up to 14 days after delivery.
