When will my order ship?
Each item is shipped through USPS from Georgia, USA.
We process orders in 5-7 business days.
USA: Orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.
Note: My shop will have a period of delay during holiday season. Please order before my deadline (Dec. 5th). For orders after my deadline, email me if your order is urgent/a gift and I will try my best to ship it early!

What is the difference between a standard and B-Grade pin?
Standard pins have little to no visual defects, whereas b-grade pins have minor defects such as scratches, black marks and/or discoloration on the metal.
Will my order have tracking?
Yes, all orders will have tracking.
What if a product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or breaks within 2 weeks, please message me within 2 weeks of the delivery. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.
I need a refund on my order. What can I do?
If your item has not been shipped yet, please email me at contact@pwuffy.com and I will be happy to provide a refund!
CUSTOMS
You, as the customer, are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are unassociated with Pwuffy.
For domestic customers who reside in USA territories or overseas USA installments, either temporarily or permanently: You are urged to verify with your command center or relevant agency regarding the best way to receive your order. Pwuffy is not responsible in any way if you cannot receive your order in an unauthorized area
