When will my order ship?
Each item is shipped through USPS from Georgia, USA and processing time is 7-10 business days.
Below are the delivery times for each location after shipment:
Domestic delivery: 3-5 days
Canada: 1-2 weeks
International: 2-12 weeks

Note: My shop will have period of delays during holiday season. Please email me if your order is urgent/a gift and I will try my best to ship it early!
What is the difference between a standard and B-Grade pin?
Standard pins have little to no visual defects, whereas b-grade pins have minor defects such as scratches, black marks and/or discoloration on the metal.
Will my order have tracking?
Yes, all orders will have tracking.
When will _____ item restock?
When an item is out of stock, I have to contact my manufacture to make a new batch. This takes around 2-5 months, and I will announce all restocks on my Instagram stories (@pwuffy) and on Tiktok (@pwuffyshop).
What if a product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or breaks within 2 weeks, please message me within 2 weeks of the delivery. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.
I need a refund on my order. What can I do?
If your item has not been shipped yet, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to provide a refund!
