I love all of my items that came in, and even shared some of my pins with my friends who were visiting at the time the package arrived. Unfortunately two of the pins came out of place (bunny in the present box, and evil Macabun) and free floated around the package. One of my keychains got scratched deep enough to go through the protective film and leave a mark on the keychain itself. I don’t want/expect a replacement/refund/discount or whatever, the scratch is barely visible and only if you really look for it. I just want to make this issue known so Pwuffy can take steps to prevent it from happening in the future before someone else ends up with even worse damage to their items.
