The product does not match what was delivered. The quality and details are completely different. Furthermore, the delivery time was incredibly late, and the customer service was disappointing when I asked for the tracking number more than once. Don’t waste your time and money.
Quality and details aren't the best. Regarding my experience, it was terrible. I placed my order, and after several days I requested the tracking number. Only then they told me they didn't have the product and that I should choose another color. I chose the color, waited several days to request the tracking number again, and didn't receive a response until several days later. The order was delivered several weeks after I placed the order, which was a birthday gift. There are better websites with better products and customer service. I will never order here again.
