Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Each item is shipped through USPS from Georgia, USA.

We process orders in 5-7Β business days.

USA: Orders arrive within 3-5Β business days after shipment.

Note:Β My shop will have period of delays during holiday season. Please emailΒ me if your order is urgent/a gift and I will try my best to ship it early!

International: OrdersΒ can take up to 3-8 weeksΒ to move through import destinations and customs (if applicable). Every country has different customs times, and we recommend that you contact your localΒ shipping service if you believe your item is being held.

Preorder Shipping

If your order contains a preorder item, it will not be shipped until all items are in-stock. It is recommended to place preorders in a separate order if you would like your other items sooner. If your order has already been placed and you would like the remaining items in your order to be shipped earlier, please contact me. Check preorder shipping dates here

Customs
You, as the customer, are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are unassociated with Pwuffy.
For domestic customers who reside in USA territories or overseas USA installments, either temporarilyΒ or permanently:Β You are urged toΒ verify with your command center orΒ relevantΒ agency regarding the best way to receiveΒ your order.Β Pwuffy isΒ not responsible in any way if you cannot receiveΒ your order in an unauthorized area.


Wrong Shipping Information

We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediatelyΒ regardingΒ a correctionΒ to your error. If the order hasΒ notΒ shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has shipped,Β pleaseΒ contact the courier immediately to prevent complications, and inform us ofΒ the error. We are not responsible for any lostΒ package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.


If your item is returned to our warehouseΒ by the courier due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and be bound by the regular processing times. If you choose to receive a refund instead of a reshipment, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total.

If your package was marked as delivered, but you did not receive it


CourierΒ delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, andΒ typicallyΒ arrives the following day.Β 
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommendΒ contacting your localΒ USPSΒ post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up to date service. If they have no information,Β if you filedΒ a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courierΒ in their efforts to locate your package.Β
