The bag will soon be one year old already, and it's really holding well. I'm using it daily for work (veterinarian assistant) in France, and I've had lots of compliments about it. Not a single scratch, it's great quality :)
I loved it so much, I just bought the blue fox backpack as a christmas present for my sister and I have no doubt hers will last just as long.

Was missing a side pocket insert and had a bearly visible defect on the face, plus some wrinkles and lines on the back from being packaged in a bag instead of box, I was a little frustrated but the seller offered a exchange or partial refund. Instead of an exchange they are sending me the missing insert. :) I am not sure whether I should still ask for the partial refund .

It's really nice quality holds up in a working environment outdoors and has plenty of storage space that I can fit 5 bottles of soda plus a Lunch in there
