I sent an email about the item being flat and dented even after hours being in the dryer. It’s been over a week now it’s still dented and wrinkled. I would have liked a reply back.

Had it over a week and it’s the cutest plushie I ever seen. I promise to take good care of him. Was to see it being discontinued but I am happy to buy it before it goes off sale.
